City Hall staff

Glenn Patton became the City of Richwood's first City Manager in August of 2011.  Prior to that, he'd served as the City's Police Chief since 1976. 

 

Marcye Gonzales is our Utility Clerk. She has been employed with the City of Richwood since October of 2013.   Her duties include the handling of water utility billing, our online bill pay system,  garbage and recycling, animal permitting and building/pavilion rentals.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She also enjoys greeting and talking with the citizens who come through the doors of City Hall.

 
 
Linda Pace is our Administrative Assistant.   She works as the staff liaison for the Keep Richwood Beautiful Committee and is responsible for the monthly newsletter, calendar, accounts payable and payroll.
 
Linda grew up in Richwood and currently resides in Lake Jackson. She has worked for the City since March 2002.   Linda is married with two sons and enjoys reading and working with stained glass
 
 
 
Karen Schrom has served as the City Secretary since May, 1989.   She serves as the Records Management Officer, Tax Assessor/Collector, maintains the financial system of the City, responsible for budget preparation,  keeps minutes of all City Council meetings and meetings of authorized City committees, and supervises the operations at City Hall.
 
She grew up in the Brazosport area, graduating from Brazosport High School. She enjoys reading, history and fishing and loves to spend time with her friends and family.  Working for the City has been a great joy over the years.
