On the ballot are the following three positions and one proposition:

Proposition No. 1 - Reauthorization of the local sales and use tax in Richwood at the rate of 1/4% to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets.
May 2015 Elections Important Dates:

|April 27||First day of early voting|
|May 5||Last day of early voting|
|May 9||Election Day|
This form is to be filed in the City Secretary's office on the dates specified on the form and calendar unless modified reporting is chosen.
