Park Rentals

All City Parks are closed from 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.   Alcohol is no longer allowed in any City Park or in the P.K. Forrest Community Center.

The rates for the P.K. Forrest Community Center located in the Richwood Municipal Park are as follows:

1/2 day rental hours 

  • 9 am to 4 pm
  • 6 pm to 1 am                         
  •  Deposit - $100.00
  • Fee - $ 55.00 for half day rental
  •        - $110.00 for all day rental

The rates for the Pavilion in the Richwood Municipal Park are as follows:

  • Deposit - $100.00
  • Fee - $100.00 for all day rental  - 6:00 am. to 10:00 p.m.    The Pavilion must be cleaned up and cleared by 10:00 p.m.

The large barbeque pit can also be rented.

  • Deposit - $100.00
  • Fee - $25.00

The rates for Bobby Ford Park Pavillion  are as follows:

  • Deposit - $50.00
  • Fee - $25.00 (for two consecutive hours) between 6:00 am and 10:00  pm

If you are interested, please contact City Hall at 979-265-2082 to check for available dates.  An application must be completed and the deposit paid before it can be scheduled.

The Park Rental Application can be downloaded, filled out and brought to City Hall with your deposit. You can also download and print the Guidelines for use of the Parks.
